Hutton, a 1994 Kent State University journalism graduate, joined Plastics News’ new data products department in July 2012 as a research analyst. Hutton has held a variety of editing and reporting positions in his career — at the Parkersburg (W.Va.) Sentinel, the Massillon (Ohio) Independent, October Research Corp., Old River Publishing Co., The Times-Reporter in New Philadelphia, Ohio, and most recently as editor of The Suburbanite weekly newspapers in the Canton, Ohio, area.
