UBQ Materials, the Israel-headquartered developer and producer of UBQ, a bio-based thermoplastic made entirely from organic and unrecyclable household waste, has announced the appointment of Patty Mishic O’Brien as Chief Commercial Officer.
Mishic O’Brien brings over 25 years of experience in the specialty chemicals and advanced materials industry. Before joining UBQ Materials, she served as the Chief Commercial Officer for CoorsTek, a leading global engineered ceramics manufacturer. Previously, she was the chief marketing officer & executive vice president at A. Schulman, Inc. (now a LyondellBasell company). Mishic O’Brien also spent over a decade with Dow Chemical Company, serving in domestic and global leadership roles focused on strategic marketing and business development.
