Maag Group has announced its acquisition on 2 May of French tool manufacturer AMN DPI. With this latest acquisition, Maag has taken the next step on the path towards its aim of becoming an globally-positioned integrated supplier for systems in the plastics industry through a strategy of consistent growth through acquisition. The Maag Group is a broadly diversified solutions provider with integrated and customisable systems in process technology for a diversity of industries
AMN, a French company founded in 1979 in Normandy, is a developer and manufacturer of polymer pelletizing dies and die plates.
