The world's largest plastics trade show will have a new presentation area in 2022 to feature innovative new companies.
Hall 8B at K 2022 will feature a Start-Up Zone, dedicated as a presentation area for newcomers specializing in the development of innovative products and solutions revolving around plastics and rubber.
Show organizer Messe Düsseldorf is still taking applications for the area. Basic requirements for participation include: the company can be no more than 10 years old, have a headcount below 100 and annual sales below 10 million euros.
Already registered for the Start-Up Zone are Plastship GmbH from Waldems, Germany, a European marketplace for recycled plastics; Healix BV from Maastrich, Netherlands, which collects nets, ropes and other plastic waste based on synthetic fibers to recycle them into high-quality circular polymers; Hage 3D GmbH from Obdach, Austria, a start-up producer of large-format industrial 3D printers; and Enlyze, GmbH of Köln, Germany, the developers of a software solution to perform manufacturing quality control.
