Thai chemicals company Indorama Ventures Public Co. Ltd (IVL) has launched the supply of a new 100% recycled PET (rPET) brand as part of its continuous commitment to deliver responsible and sustainable growth.
Deja, said IVL 15 May, is available in various forms such as recycled flake, pellets, fibre and filaments for use in multiple applications.
To produce these materials, the company recycles some 140 kilotonnes per annum (ktpa) of plastic bottles, which are ‘transformed into extra-ordinary, innovative, product ingredients.’
The Bangkok-based company said it has developed the brand in response to global concerns about the environmental impact of plastic.
