Group GmbH, installed a machine at the company's technical center in Ipswich, Mass., to offer material tests for potential customers wanting to boost in-house recycling.
Erema serves the recycling market. The company launched Pure Loop at NPE2015 to focus on recycling clean production wastes using shredder-extruder technology.
An ISEC evo 302 machine is at the Erema North America Inc. facility for businesses to conduct tests using their own material. The machine was built as modules that can be configured to meet degassing, filtration and other performance parameters.
"The USA and Canada are important markets for the in-house recycling segment that we serve with our local sales partners. With this machine that our American customers can also use to carry out non-binding test runs with their material, we confirm the significance of this market," Manfred Dobersberger, managing director of Pure Loop, said in a news release.
After the test run, customers get a report with details about the quality values of the recycled pellets produced.
Customers can attend the test runs in person or through an online video conference in which they also will receive a video recording of the test, according to Kevin Hinterberger, Pure Loop sales manager who is also responsible for coordinating the material tests.
