US-based Commonwealth Packaging Company and Tipa Compostable Packaging, headquartered in Israel, have announced a new partnership in the U.S.
With demand from brands and customers for sustainable packaging solutions on the rise, fashion retailers across the board are seeking to develop more responsible packaging.
Currently, some 55% of U.S. consumers say that they are extremely or very concerned about the environmental impact of product packaging. Up to 70% of consumers have stated that they would pay more for sustainable packaging.
As a third-generation family business, Commonwealth Packaging works with brick-and-mortar and eCommerce retailers around the world, including Lacoste, Tumi, Theory, Blue Nile, and many others.
Tipa’s offers high-quality home compostable packaging solutions with a wide variety of fashion packaging applications.
The present partnership will see Tipa’s home compostable film and other flexible packaging solutions being implemented in the custom packaging solutions developed by Commonwealth Packaging for its customers.
