Soaper Duper, a new brand in the UK, not only makes its bath and body products from natural ingredients but it's also packaging them in recycled plastics.
Soaper Duper's distinctive bubble-shaped bottles were designed by B&B Studio and are manufactured from 100% post-consumer recycled HDPE by M&H Plastics, part of RPC Group.
On its website, the start-up brand says: “Soaper Duper formulas don't include artificial colours, or SLS/SLES, mineral oils, animal derivatives, phthalates, or plastic microbeads.”
Soaper Duper was launched in luxury store Liberty London at the end of 2016 and has now rolled out into Tesco stores across the UK, M&H Plastics said in a news release.
As well as the eye-catching bottle, Soaper Duper wanted striking and unusual shaped labels, for which it turned to Royston Labels.
To ensure the colours were vibrant on a transparent film label, a clear substrate was used on the bubble shaped bottles with a combination flexo and silk screen process with a matt finish. A peel and read label format was used on the reverse of the bottles providing additional consumer information.
